1. Return Eligibility
• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Certain items such as perishable goods, innerwear, personal care products, and customized items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
• Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return.
• Choose the reason for return and follow the instructions.
• Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 2–4 working days.
3. Refund Policy
• Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
• If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
• Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear images of the product and packaging for verification.
6. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may return it after delivery as per the policy.
